Destruction of Records of Wrongful Arrests of Young Persons: Requires FDLE to adopt rule requiring destruction of nonjudicial record of arrest of person 25 years of age or younger at time of arrest in specified circumstances when there was no conviction; provides duties; provides procedures for seeking destruction of such records.Effective Date: July 1, 2020
