Summary
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training in Public Schools: Requires school districts to provide specified training in CPR to certain students; requires students to study & practice psychomotor skills associated with performing CPR at least once before they graduate from high school; provides exception for certain students. Effective Date: July 1, 2020
