Public Records/Taxpayer Personal Identifying Information/Local Business Tax; Exempting from public records requirements certain financial and taxpayer personal identifying information held by a county or municipality in connection with the collection or administration of a local business tax; authorizing such information to be divulged under specified conditions; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemptions; providing statements of public necessity, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2020
