Insurance Coverage Parity for Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders; Requiring Medicaid managed care plans to submit an annual report to the Agency for Health Care Administration relating to parity between mental health and substance use disorder benefits and medical and surgical benefits; requiring certain entities transacting individual or group health insurance or providing prepaid health care to comply with specified federal provisions that prohibit the imposition of less favorable benefit limitations on mental health and substance use disorder benefits than on medical and surgical benefits; revising the standard for defining substance use disorders, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2020
