OGSR/E-mail Addresses/Tax Notices: Removes scheduled repeal of an exemption from public records requirements for taxpayer e-mail addresses held by a tax collector for purposes of electronically sending certain tax notices or obtaining the consent of a taxpayer for electronic transmission of certain tax notices. Effective Date: October 1, 2020
