Abandoned Cemeteries: Creates Task Force on Abandoned African-American Cemeteries; requires DOS to partner with USF in investigations, identification, location & notification of next of kin; provides requirements for costs of specified services; requires DOS to report to Governor, Cabinet, & Legislature; authorizes DOS to adopt rules. Effective Date: July 1, 2020
