HB 111 Child Care Facility Licensing Standards (2020 Session)
Child Care Facility Licensing Standards: Requires child care facility or large family child care home to install video camera in each vehicle used by such facility or home to transport children; requires facility or home to ensure video camera is continuously recording inside vehicle while transporting children; requires DCF to adopt by rule minimum standards & maintain list of approved video cameras on its website. Effective Date: July 1, 2020
