Emergency Alerts: Authorizes issuance of Yellow Alert, Lockdown Alert, and Imminent Threat alert for certain purposes under certain circumstances; provides requirements for issuance of alerts; requires cooperation among law enforcement agencies, FHP, FDLE, DHSMV, & DOT for certain alerts. Effective Date: October 1, 2019
