Summary
Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems: Removes exemption from legislative ratification for specified rules; directs DEP & DOH, by specified date, to select national third-party certification organization to develop program for issuing innovative system permits; requires counties to establish onsite sewage treatment & disposal system inspection programs; specifies inspection requirements; requires systems to attain certain level of certification by specified date. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
