Price Transparency in Contracts; Defining the term “health insurer”; providing that a contract between a health insurer and a health care provider may not limit certain disclosures and must prohibit the insurer from requiring payments for services from an insured which exceed certain amounts, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2019
