Elections; Revising the deadline by which a person who casts a provisional ballot must submit any written evidence that supports his or her eligibility to vote; requiring the supervisor of elections to provide an option to allow electors to receive certain notices by electronic delivery; authorizing an elector to file a challenge with the county canvassing board if his or her ballot is rejected due to a signature discrepancy; clarifying that ballots cast during the early voting period may be canvassed and processed during such period, etc. Effective Date: 1/1/2020
