HB 1043 Cyberharassment (2019 Session)
Cyberharassment: Provides that sexual cyberharassment includes dissemination of image through electronic means other than publication on website; requires that person have reasonable expectation of privacy in image for publication or dissemination to qualify as sexual cyberharassment; provides that certain actions do not eliminate such expectation. Effective Date: October 1, 2019
