Construction Defects: Removes provisions relating to compliance & actions, notice & opportunity to repair, & contract provisions & application; requires parties to construction defect claim to participate in mandatory nonbinding arbitration within specified time; authorizes any party to agree that arbitration is binding; provides award requirements. Effective Date: July 1, 2019
