Summary
Beverage Law: Repeals provisions relating to limitations on size of individual wine & cider containers; revises provisions authorizing restaurant to allow patrons to remove certain containers from restaurant for off-premises consumption; provides that it is unlawful to transfer distillery license, or ownership in distillery license, for certain distilleries to certain individuals or entities. Effective Date: July 1, 2019
