Military-friendly Initiatives: Specifies additional military installations that may exchange certain information with local governments regarding compatibility of land development; provides that easement for certain military lands continues after tax sale or deed execution; requires student whose parent is transferred or pending transfer to military installation within school district to be considered resident of district & provided preferential treatment in controlled open enrollment process; revises requirements for active duty servicemembers & their families to be classified as residents for tuition purposes. Effective Date: July 1, 2019
