Summary
Film and Television Production: Establishes Florida Motion Picture Capital Corporation to encourage use of this state as site for scripted productions by providing financing to certain productions; provides powers of & imposes limitations on corporation; requires board to create Florida Motion Picture Capital Account & maintain exclusive control of account; requires that certain funds be deposited in account; requires corporation to submit supplemental report to DEO which contains certain information. Effective Date: July 1, 2019
