SB 1020 State Hemp Program (2019 Session)
State Hemp Program; Creating the state hemp program within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; providing requirements for program licensure; directing the Commissioner of Agriculture, in consultation with and with final approval from the Administration Commission, to submit a specified plan within a specified timeframe to the United States Secretary of Agriculture; revising the schools at which the department is required to authorize and oversee the development of industrial hemp pilot projects, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2019
