Insurance Coverage for Mental and Nervous Disorders: Revises insurance coverage requirements for care & treatment of mental & nervous disorders; revises alternative residential treatment benefits; revises coverage limit requirements on inpatient hospital benefits, outpatient benefits, & partial hospitalization benefits; requires policies & contracts to provide for transfer of unused inpatient benefits to outpatient & residential treatment benefits. Effective Date: July 1, 2019
