HB 467 Presidential Preference Primary (2019 Session)
Presidential Preference Primary: Authorizes certain preregistered voter registration applicants to vote in presidential preference primary; prohibits such persons from voting in other race or on amendment or ballot measure; provides that such persons are not considered electors for purposes of Florida Election Code; requires supervisor of elections to generate separate precinct register containing names of preregistered voter registration applicants eligible to vote in presidential preference primary. Effective Date: July 1, 2019
