Summary
Consumer Protection: Reduces time period within which contractors must perform substantial work on residential real property after receiving initial payment for such work & during which the contractor may refuse to perform substantial work on such property; removes exemption from permitting requirements for certain solicitors, salespersons, & agents. Effective Date: July 1, 2019
