Temporary Licensure and Certification: Provides legislative intent regarding certain professionals who evacuated from Puerto Rico during 2017; authorizes specified professionals to obtain 2-year temporary license or certificate to work in state; provides requirements for obtaining such license or certificate; provides for expiration & prohibits renewal of such license or certificate. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
