Emergency Medical Services: Authorizes paramedic or emergency medical technician to provide alternative treatment options to certain patients in nonemergency setting; provides immunity from liability for certain medical personnel providing emergency examination & treatment of incapacitated persons without consent. Effective Date: July 1, 2018
