Regulation of Workers’ Compensation Insurance; Authorizing the consumer advocate appointed by the Chief Financial Officer to intervene as a party in certain proceedings relating to the regulation of workers’ compensation insurance or to seek review of certain agency actions relating to workers’ compensation insurance before the Division of Administrative Hearings; specifying requirements and procedures for the consumer advocate in the examination of workers’ compensation rates or form filings, etc. Effective Date: 10/1/2018
