Summary
Financial Institution Payments to Surviving Successors: Authorizes financial institution to pay to surviving successor of decedent depositor funds in decedent's deposit accounts & certificates of deposit under certain conditions; provides requirements for surviving successor; provides that financial institution has no duty to make certain determinations; provides that false statement in an affidavit constitutes theft; provides affidavit form; provides construction relating to conflict with Florida Probate Code. Effective Date: July 1, 2018
