Energy Security and Disaster Resilience Pilot Program: Creates pilot program within DACS; provides for issuance of grants to offset costs relating to onsite solar storage systems for certain facilties located in areas of critical state concern; provides policies & procedures for application approval; directs Florida Solar Energy Center to conduct study & to publish & provide copies of study to Governor, Legislature, & Commissioner of Agriculture; provides appropriation.
