SB 1260 Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities (2018 Session)
Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities; Requiring the Public Service Commission to ensure that public utilities effectively prioritize the restoration of services to certain health care facilities in the event of emergencies; authorizing the Quality of Long-Term Care Facility Improvement Trust Fund to expend certain funds on a grant program administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration to provide funding for nursing home facilities to acquire emergency power sources; requiring the local emergency management agency to publish a list of facilities whose emergency plans have been approved, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2018
