Water Management District Surplus Lands: Requires water management districts to publish notice of intention to sell surplus lands on its website; revises circumstances when water management districts must publish first notice of intention to sell surplus lands; revises process for selling certain lower valued surplus lands. Effective Date: July 1, 2018
