Out-of-School and In-School Suspension: Authorizes parent to give public testimony regarding district school board's out-of-school & in-school suspension policy at specified meeting; requires district school board to review certain suspension policies during specified timeframe at district school board meeting; provides meeting requirements & expiration of rules. Effective Date: July 1, 2018
