Law Enforcement Practices: Requires officer who issues a traffic citation during traffic stop to record certain information on citation; requires law enforcement agencies to provide information to DHSMV; requires DHSMV to report information to Governor & Legislature & make information available on website; defines & prohibits racial profiling. Effective Date: January 1, 2019
