Destruction of Records of Wrongful Arrests of Young Persons: Designates act "Eric Banks Act"; requires FDLE to adopt rule requiring destruction of any nonjudicial record of an arrest of person 21 years of age or younger at time of an arrest if arrest was made contrary to law or by mistake; provides duties; provides procedures for seeking destruction of such records. Effective Date: July 1, 2018
