Written Threats to Conduct Mass Shootings or Acts of Terrorism: Prohibiting a person from making, posting, or transmitting a threat to conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism in a writing or other record in any manner that would allow another person to view the threat; exempting certain providers of services from liability, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2018
