Mental Health Services in the Criminal Justice System: Expanding eligibility for military veterans and servicemembers court programs; authorizing the creation of treatment-based mental health court programs; creating the Forensic Hospital Diversion Pilot Program; authorizing courts to order certain offenders on probation or community control to postadjudicatory mental health court programs, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2016
