Summary
State Lotteries: Directs the Department of the Lottery to offer instant lottery game called "Ticket for the Cure" and equitably apportion revenues to certain state universities for funding breast cancer research and providing services; & provides for funding for Mary Brogan Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
