Solar Energy: Authorizes rebates for portion of the purchase price of solar energy systems during specified period; revises eligibility requirements; requires applications for rebates to include proofs of purchase; requires DACS to give priority to residents who have installed a solar energy system upon a structure that qualifies as low-income housing. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
