Recycled and Recovered Materials: Exempts people who sell, transfer, or arrange for transfer of recycled & recovered materials from liability for hazardous substances released or threatened to be released from receiving facilities or sites, under certain circumstances; provides retroactive applicability. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
