Exemption from Legislative Lobbying Requirements: Revises definition of term "expenditure"; specifies that term does not include use of public facility or public property that is made available by governmental entity to legislator for public purpose, to exempt such use from legislative lobbying requirements. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
