Physician Assistants: Increases number of licensed physician assistants that physician may supervise at any one time; provides exception; revises circumstances under which physician assistant is authorized to prescribe or dispense medication; revises requirements for medications prescribed or dispensed by physician assistants; revises application requirements for licensure as physician assistant & license renewal; authorizes physician assistant who has completed specified education & clinical training requirements to perform nonablative aesthetic skin care services under supervision of physician; provides that physician must complete specified number of education & clinical training hours to be qualified to supervise physician assistants performing certain services. Effective Date: July 1, 2014
