Summary
Supervision of Sexually Violent Predators: Requires DCF to notify DOC & Parole Commission if sexually violent predator who has pending term of court-ordered or postprison release supervision is released from custody, tolls conditional release period of persons transferred to custody of DCF. Effective Date: October 1, 2014
