HB 247 Trafficking in Illegal Drugs (2014 Session)
Trafficking in Illegal Drugs: Provides that specified mandatory minimum term of imprisonment & specified fine no longer apply upon first conviction, but only on second or subsequent conviction, of person who knowingly sells, purchases, manufactures, delivers, or brings into this state, or who is knowingly in actual or constructive possession of, specified quantity of certain designated illegal drugs. Effective Date: July 1, 2014
