SB 1502 Implementing the General Appropriations Act (2013 Session)
Implementing the General Appropriations Act; Incorporating by reference certain calculations of the Florida Education Finance Program for the 2013-2014 fiscal year; providing for the distribution of capital improvement funding for lab schools; providing requirements governing the continuation of Phase 3 of the Department of Health’s Florida Onsite Sewage Nitrogen Reduction Strategies Study; requiring that fees for service of process upon the Chief Financial Officer or Office of Insurance Regulation be deposited into the Administrative Trust Fund rather than the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund, etc. Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1, 2013; or, if this act fails to become a law until after that date, it shall take effect upon becoming a law and operate retroactively to July 1, 2013.
