K-20 Education; Providing for comprehensive K-20 career and education planning; substantially rewording the student assessment program for public schools; providing requirements for industry certifications, an industry certification funding list, and a postsecondary industry certification funding list for distribution of funding to school districts and Florida College System institutions; creating the preeminent state research universities program; establishing the Complete Florida Degree program; revising the formula upon which performance funding for state universities is based and awarded, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
