Summary
Timeshares; Specifying that certain provisions relating to condominium board elections do not apply to timeshare condominiums; revising formula requirements for calculating reserves for accommodations and facilities of real property timeshare plans; revising procedure for the trustee foreclosure of assessment liens and mortgage liens; providing exceptions for actions for failure to follow the trustee foreclosure procedure, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
