Rec./Personal Identifying Information/Toll Facilities: Revises exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information held by DOT, county, or expressway authority for purpose of paying, prepaying, or collecting tolls & associated administrative charges for use of toll facilities; provides for future review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity. Effective Date: July 1, 2012
