Assisted Living Facilities; Requiring that the case manager assigned to a mental health resident of an assisted living facility that holds a limited mental health license keep a record of the date and time of face-to-face interactions with the mental health resident and make the record available to the Department of Children and Family Services for inspection; Effective Date: July 1, 2012
