Limited Certification for Urban Landscape Commercial Fertilizer Application: Provides legislative findings; requires persons who hold limited certification to follow certain best management practices; provides exemption from certain prohibited application period bans; requires Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (DACS) to provide specified information to other local & state governmental agencies; provides DACS with certain enforcement authority; provides requirement for related penalties, fines, & administrative actions. Effective Date: July 1, 2012
