Local Government Cyber Security: Creates Florida State University Cybersecurity Protection Program; provides purpose of program; requires local governments to participate in program & to submit requests to Florida State University to use cybersecurity programs & software developed by university; establishes priority for certain counties under program; authorizes Florida State University to apply for & accept certain funds or grants. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
