Summary
Governmental Agency Publication of Advertisements and Public Notices: Expands definition of term "governmental agency" to include clerk of court, comptroller, or tax collector; revises definition of term "publicly accessible website"; revises website that governmental agency may use for publication of legally required advertisements & public notices; removes requirement that governmental agency include on registry information about persons who request to receive public notices by first-class mail. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
