Capitol Center and Complex; Providing that the Department of Management Services is responsible for the aesthetics of the Capitol Center for visitors; requiring the department, in consultation with the Capitol Police, to establish enhanced security measures in certain parking areas; requiring the Capitol Police to ensure that the Capitol Complex is safe for specified persons, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2026
