Summary
Motor Vehicle Registration Renewal; Deleting provisions requiring a validation sticker to be issued with each license plate and requiring certain license plates to include validation stickers; requiring that registration renewals be recorded electronically; deleting a provision requiring the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to provide certain entities with validation stickers; deleting provisions requiring that validation stickers meet certain specifications, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
