Dangerous Crimes; Citing this act as “Missy’s Law”; requiring a court to remand to custody immediately a person who pleads guilty or nolo contendere to, or is found guilty of, a dangerous crime; requiring such person to remain in custody pending sentencing without the possibility of release on bond, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2026
